Hungrasweet G 42/80; M 44/80; F 9 (glucose)

Glucose is an aqueous solution of various sugar molecules which are obtained from the starch of cereal crops. Its various types are first rank additives in the confectionary and beer industries.

Utilisation

Hungrasweet G 42/80 is glucose syrup with 42 DE, 80% dry material content, widely used in the manufacture of various types of confectionary products (fondants, jelly). Designation according to the Codex Alimentarius: glucose syrup.

Hungrasweet M 44/80 Maltose syrup. Glucose syrup with high maltose content, which due to its favourable properties can substitute for granulated sugar in confectionary products and ice lollies to a greater extent than traditional glucose syrup. Because of its high maltose content, it is eminently suitable for triggering malting in the beer industry. Designation according to the Codex Alimentarius: glucose syrup.
